The property has Relaxation Floor, for hot spring public bath and lounging area with massage chairs. Hot bath was huge and at the right temperature

Location is excellent - Just a minutes walk from the railway & bus station. Bus stop for airport is right opposite the hotel. Room & bathroom were very clean but small as usual in Japan. The Onsen was great & big enough. An easy walk to the morning market & harbour area.

I like that the hotel was near the station and the bus stop. I like that the staff were helpful in helping me find parking.

I thought the parking rules were a little confusing and I was not sure which parking lot I was able to use.

Staff said free airport shuttle was canceled and I should take public transportation. There was no miscommunication since I used Google translate for the conversation. I asked st least 4 different times because booking.com staff had indicated free shuttle was available when they called the hotel on my behalf. Until I saw a flyer in the elevator in Japanese and used Google translate to find out it was available. So I took a picture, took it to the front desk and they reserved a seat on the free shuttle for me.

Great location, nice staff, clean room with all amenities you might need. Breakfast was great.

Bed was a bit too hard for my preference, but not terrible. Still had a good night sleep.

Location was great just 3 mins from the station.

Small detail but the toilet was kind cramped, if you’re a big person.

Amazing staff. Helpful and friendly. Loved the brekkie - super generous and good. Loved location. (I like firm beds and the beds here were defo firm). Loved the public bath.

Bathroom was too small, drain location is too close to where feet standing. Pillow was too small and too hard.

It was clean. I like having a hot pot for tea or coffee. The location was super convenient! The breakfast was great, offering a variety of western and Japanese style breakfast foods.

For western tourists, the room was a bit tiny. I wish there was a better layout so we could access our bags easily, instead of taking one out and then having to put it away to access the other bag. More storage would have been nice, they could possibly add hanging bars on the walls, get rid of the little closet, make the desk smaller and free up space for storing bags so it would be easier to move around the room.

The location was excellent. Also, breakfast was pretty good.

The room was too small considering the size of the bed. The room was relatively clean but was not happy when I found little bug on my bed.

Very good location as it is 2 minutes walk from the Hakodate station and bus station to go to the Hakodate Mountain rope way. Unlimited room amenities. The reception and all the staff at the hotel were very kind and welcoming. The hot spa (daiyokujyou) and sauna at the hotel were so relaxing and amazing. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food.
